Dr. Rajagopal’s Consultation Fee: $150 (can be applied toward your procedure)
Consultations with our PA and RN are complimentary. Please fill out our contact form below to schedule.
A $250-$500 deposit will be collected at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We have a 48-hour (two business days) cancellation policy. If you cancel within this period, you will lose your deposit.
Minimum pricing for treatments starts at $150.

UPDATE 8/22/22: Our office continues to follow standard COVID protocol. We recommend that all patients who plan to get a cosmetic procedure be vaccinated (including the booster) prior to their surgery date.
UPDATE 4/9/21: Are you planning on getting your COVID-19 vaccine? We recommend waiting at least 2 weeks after your vaccine before scheduling any dermal filler or skin treatments.
Have you already received filler and planning to get the vaccine soon? We recommend waiting 2 weeks after your treatments to get your vaccine shot.
Our office is open and adhering to strict COVID-19 safety protocols. Our in-office staff is fully vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine.
For new patients: If you are interested in getting a recommendation for moles, scars, filler, Coolsculpting or Emsculpt, or surgical options please fill out the form below. For the initial inquiry, please include your age, height, weight, pregnancies (if any), and a brief description of your general health and regular medications you take.
We will also create your profile through our patient portal TouchMD, where you can securely upload photos and fill out new patient forms.
We are following CDC guidelines and making adjustments to our check-in/check-out process to adhere to new social distancing protocols. Patients will be asked to follow these instructions:
